Second Sunday of Easter - Year A
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
“Resurrexit sicut dixit!” He has risen as he said he would! On receiving this message, we give heartfelt thanks for the gift of the promise of the Resurrection, the gift of life to come. It is an enormous and astounding gift from Jesus to us. Over the following Easter season Jesus will appear to many and varied places.
A very big thank you to all for all the hard work to make our Easter Celebrations such a wonderful time. Thank you for all the effort and care o the many little details that are necessary in order to make things runs smoothly. Thank you to all organisers who have seen to various needs, such as readers, musicians, servers, ministers, leaders, children’s liturgy and all those who have spent time getting the church ready for the various events, from the mournful to the joyful.
